With over 20 years of experience spanning entrepreneurship, case management, and direct caregiving, Bonnie brings a rare blend of tactical insight and heartfelt compassion. She led a successful home care agency for a decade, supported older adults managing chronic conditions for six years, and served with distinction as a U.S. Navy Veteran and former police officer.
